This is a vintage oval framed by Bessie Pease Gutmann (1876-1960) titled 'The Reward". The print is of a golden curled little girl giving her Collie puppy a lick of ice cream. The frame is of a composite material similar to plaster with a gilt gold accent stripe. Wired on back with wall savers, ready to hang.
This beautiful print would be adorable in a child's room or would be a great addition to a vintage wall collection. It measures approximately 17" by 13". The old frame has a few areas that are chipped and/or cracked. (see photos) The glass has no damage.
