Return Policy

Due to the vintage nature of items sold in our store, some wear is to be expected as each item was loved and used prior to finding a home with us. We strive to accurately disclose any imperfections in the listing description. While we make every effort to provide comprehensive details and images, minor wear may still exist on certain vintage and/or antique pieces.
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or is damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, all sales are final. To start a refund, you can contact us at turnitaround3.9@gmail.com. If approved, you’ll be sent a return shipping label.
Never Arrives:
In the event that your purchase does not arrive within 14 days, you can contact us to inquire about the status of your order or request a refund. If approved, you will be automatically credited the amount of the missing purchase to your original form of payment.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send you a return shipping label and will credit your original form of payment once we have received your returned damaged item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be approved within 21 days of purchase.
